Set in 2425, HOPE is a glorious tale of redemption. Soundtracked by an orchestral-electronic score, the audio is synthetic and organic. The piece starts ponderously; pads shimmer across the stereo field, soft melodies drip, and a grainy voice is heard. Rumbling, space-age SFX bounce off lush chords until an epic, andante orchestra becomes the focus. The piece ends with a solo female soprano, heralding the return of humanity to Earth.
