To reflect the spirit of Barcelona, the Territory team used AI to create 3D models of iconic landmarks and integrated them in Cinema 4D.
We decided to mirror this approach with sound, recording ambient audio on location and transforming it into synthesized instruments. These formed the base of the soundtrack, layered with the poem’s voiceover and enriched by Kari Aryeh’s emotive vocals.

To bring emotional depth to the soundtrack, we collaborated with the extraordinarily talented Kari Aryeh. Her vocals carry a haunting, otherworldly resonance — at once an echo of the past and a signal from the future. Her shamanic, tribal cries cut through the mix with raw intensity, sending shivers down your spine and anchoring the piece in something truly timeless.
Territory Studio crafted visuals by photographing a curated selection of iconic and timeless monuments and sculptures from Barcelona. Using an image-to-mesh AI model, they generated 3D versions of these elements and wove them into the scenes via Cinema 4D.
In parallel, Echoic travelled to Barcelona to capture its soundscape firsthand. From the subtle textures of street ambience to the rhythmic pulse of daily life, we recorded a range of natural sounds across the city.
Back in the studio, these recordings were sculpted into synthesized instruments — an organic palette that became the backbone of the score. This bespoke sonic environment was then layered with a poetic voiceover, creating a piece that feels both grounded and otherworldly.
