Inspired by masculine ideals, SHAPE is an adrenaline-fuelled depiction of man and machine, directed by Frederic Colin. With a ferocious, thumping score and percolating sound design, the synth-led cinematic soundtrack packs a punch. Brooding and melancholic, the piece picks up tempo as motorbikes roar and 80s-inspired leads play a biting chord pattern. The rhythm is driven by a booming kick and scattered timpani, until concluding with a thunderous foghorn.
