We were lucky enough to spend some time recording at an incredible state of the art studio down in deepest darkest Exmoor, – Devon Analogue. Dubbed as a holiday home on acid the studio has been custom built as a residential recording facility with electronic musicians specifically in mind. It features some amazing vintage and rare analogue gear, rock-solid digital recording systems and mastering grade hardware which make it make an absolute joy to work in. Combine that with stunning views of the Exmoor hills and you really are in Analogue Heaven.
We created a bunch of ideas mainly using some of the rarer bits of kit such as the Waldorf Wave, Alesis Andromeda, Arp 2600, Deckard’s Dream (CS80) and the Fender Rhodes 73.
